5 Health Blogs To Bookmark In 2018
There is a lot of shit out there (shit, maybe even my content is contributing to the dump).
Many so-called "expert" are shoving their gratuitous opinions down your throat in hope you will agree with them.
One of two things ends up taking place: either a) you naively agree with them and enter the world of a brainwashing shit storm that entitles you to be judgemental and extremely opinionated on the matter -- or, b) you completely disagree and give no second of a thought about the subject matter, in which case, you are no better than the opinionated asshole in example 'a.'
1) Mark's Daily Apple
Mark Sisson is, without a doubt, a legend amongst the paleo community -- and recently, he has edged his name into the highly obtrusive ketogenic community with the launch of his new book, The Keto Reset Diet.
His blog contains daily articles and content that will keep you informed on the latest research and talks around health, wellness and fitness.
The reason I trust the silver fox himeself is that he truly walks the talk. He is ripped and strong at the ripe old age of 64.
Just look at this animal. If you don't listen to someone who looks like this at 64, you are either blind or completely ignorant. Regardless, he knows his stuff, and check his blog below.

2) Bulletproof
Now comes one of my personal favourites, Bulletproofs blog.
In the past, the founder of Bulletproof, Dave Asprey, used to write majority of the blog posts. He added many personal insights and stories with the unproffessional touch of spelling errors as well as questionable use of language -- ironically, I enjoyed this because it had a level of authenticity.
Now, you will find posts written by the "Bulletproof staff" majority of the time. I get it, Bulletproof is one of the fastest growing companies in the USA and it's in their best interest to keep things prim and proper -- but, in my opinion, I enjoyed the old style more.
3) Robb Wolf
Robb, a former power-lifter and kickboxing amatuear, is extremly well known in the paleo commmunity. In fact, he wrote the thought-leading book, The Paleo Soultion.
He is an advisor to many world-class athletes and definetly shows up to the task of informing the average joe about the benefits of a paleo diet.
He also grasps the concept that no diet is a "one size fits all" approach -- different individuals need different models based where they are at.

4) Strength Sensei
Without a doubt, this guy deserves no introduction.
When I met Charles Poliquin at the Bulletproof Biohacking Conference last year, he blew my mind. This legendary strength coach who has trained some of the most successful olympic athletes in USA history, cuts through bullshit like a sharp, steaming hot knife cuts through a slab of grass-fed butter.
His brain is a sponge of information on not only strength, but nutrition and lifestyle design.
Don't take my word for it, take the mans bicep as calatoral...

5) ben greenfield
Theres no other way to put this other than...the man injected stem-cells into his dick for the love of biohacking. He is none other than, Mr. Ben Greenfield.
No one else puts more meaning to the word "biohacking" than Ben. He lives, breathes and sleeps biohacking -- no shadow of a lie, the guys a walking cyborg and he gives zero fucks.
If true, RAW biohacking is your thing, look no further.

Knowledge can be power or abscense. Reading and following credible sources is vital. Sources that don't have conflicts of interest with didgy people and who refuse money or don't work with products/ companies that are scam artists. The truth is, these guys could be millionaire ballers if they took money from Big Food and told you lies such as "sugar doesn't cause diebetes."
These guys are real, and I trust them (maybe not to the stem-cell-injecting-in-the-penis extent, but I believe in what they preach -- I hope you do to.
Together we have an opportunity to change the world one life at a time.
Lekker!
