Sam Harris, Headspace and Tara Brach have had a major influence on me. Guided Meditations are an actual game-changer in life. I cannot stress the importance of mediation in todays push-notification-driven world. I also made a video for you, too. However, It is rather laggy, so I apologise.
Most people I know try and control matters out of their control. This leads to an erratic, unhappy life.
Anxiety is a modern problem. Modern problems require modern solutions. Hopefully this post sheds light on something I battle with and how I (mostly) deal with it.

Hearing about his book lead me to Headspace which ultimately got me into meditation.
