Netflix Documentary I’m Revisiting

Minimalism: A Documentary About The Important Things

I watched this a while back. It didn’t have much of an impact (so I thought). But, today, I find myself obsessed with living a more meaningful life with less stuff.

If you think climbing the corporate ladder, getting your dream house or car and having millions in the bank will give you happiness, I urge you to watch this film. Yes, to a certain extent, all these material items will give you pleasure — but that is the problem. Once you reach baseline, you will soon be searching further for a better this or that. It’s a fucked up game that we are all falling victim to.

Book I’m Looking Forward to Reading

Everything is F*cked: A Book About Hope

I wrote a blog post on Mark Manson’s last book, The Subtle Art of Not Giving A F*ck, because it just resonated with me (and millions of others).

Mark seems to have an authentic voice with many profane words chucked in to the equation. My target audience for my content has always been one person — me. I just love his style. I can’t wait to get lost in his next piece of work.

Quote I’m Contemplating

We are simultaneously gods and worms
— Abraham Maslow

As always, thanks for indulging in my content.

Have a great weekend you biscuit :)

Joshy.
