Don't underestimate the power of small wins. Seemingly small victories that propel you forward and ensure progress is, in fact, being made.
After Dan Harris, the host of Good Morning America, had a complete meltdown on air, he searched for a solution to the voices converging in his head that ultimately lead to his mental stutters. He wrote a book called 10% Happier: How I Tamed the Voice in My Head, Reduced Stress Without Losing My Edge, and Found Self-Help That Actually Works— although the title does sound a tad misleading, it couldn’t be more true. Hearing about his book lead me to Headspace which ultimately got me into meditation.
