This is the easiest Low-carb High Fat (LCHF) breakfast you could make in under 5 minutes. I will have this on days when CrossFit training is intense. This is the perfect ketogenic breakfast to have in my opinion. The high fat from the eggs and avocado mixed with the protein from the bacon is a great combo!
